A ShipOffers account with verified credentials.
Your ShipOffers API key and secret.
ShipOffers product IDs or SKUs created for the products you'll ship.
Your Digistore24 product list is ready to map to those ShipOffers IDs or SKUs.

Setup Guide

Connect ShipOffers in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

Pick ShipOffers From the List Choose ShipOffers from the preconfigured systems list. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.

Drop in Your ShipOffers Credentials Paste your ShipOffers API Key or Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding input fields.

Map Your Products to ShipOffers Product IDs Match each Digistore24 product with its corresponding ShipOffers product ID or SKU so fulfillment routes correctly.

Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.

Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.

A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it lands in ShipOffers with the right ID, ship it, and watch tracking sync back to Digistore24. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one Digistore24 product fulfill multiple ShipOffers items?: Yes. In step 4 of the setup, comma-separate the Product IDs or SKUs in the Product ID field. ShipOffers receives each as a separate line item on the order. That's how kits, bundles, and free-plus-shipping samples are usually handled.
What happens to a shipment if the customer refunds?: The shipment stays where it is in ShipOffers, since Digistore24 doesn't auto-cancel orders. If the order hasn't shipped yet, cancel it manually inside ShipOffers. We recommend filtering by order status in ShipOffers so refunded orders surface in their own view, separate from the fulfillment queue.
Why is my test connection failing?: Most of the time it's a typo'd API secret or a Product ID that doesn't exist in ShipOffers yet. Re-paste the secret, confirm the Product ID shows in ShipOffers' product list, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
