Before You Start

A Short List of Prep Work

Have these ready before you open the IPN settings and the whole connection takes about ten minutes.

  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • A Fulfillment.com account with active services.
  • Fulfillment.com API credentials (API Key and API Secret).
  • SKUs created in Fulfillment.com for the products you'll ship.
  • Your Digistore24 product list is ready to map to those SKUs.
How It Works

From Order to Warehouse Fulfillment in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the order to Fulfillment.com, and Fulfillment.com takes it from there.
  1. Step 1

    Order Placed

A buyer completes checkout on your Digistore24 funnel. Digistore24 captures the payment and clears the order.

  2. Step 2

    IPN Fires

Digistore24 instantly posts the order, product, and shipping data to Fulfillment.com via secure IPN.

  3. Step 3

    Order Fulfilled

Fulfillment.com receives the order, picks, packs, and ships the product, and updates the tracking information.

A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it lands in Fulfillment.com with the right SKU, ship it, and watch tracking sync back to Digistore24. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In step 4 of the setup, comma-separate the SKUs in the Product SKU field. Fulfillment.com receives each as a separate line item on the order. That's how kits, bundles, and free-plus-shipping samples are usually handled.

The order status in Fulfillment.com remains unchanged, as Digistore24 doesn't auto-cancel fulfillment requests. If the order hasn't shipped yet, cancel it manually inside Fulfillment.com. We recommend filtering by order status so refunded orders surface in their own view.

Most of the time, it's a typo'd API Secret or a SKU that doesn't exist in Fulfillment.com yet. Re-paste the secret, confirm the SKU shows in Fulfillment.com's product list, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
