What You Get

Simplify Fulfillment From Checkout to Delivery

  • The moment a Digistore24 sale clears, ShipStation receives the order, line items, and shipping address. No CSV exports, no copy-paste.

  • Use ShipStation's rate shopping and batch printing on top of your Digistore24 order flow. Ship 100 packages in 1 click.

  • Tracking numbers and 'shipped' status flow back to Digistore24. Customers see status updates, and your refund window stays clean.

  • Route only the products that ship physically. Keep digital orders, add-ons, and unsupported regions out of the queue automatically.

Before You Start

A Short List of Prep Work

Have these ready before you open the IPN settings and the whole connection will only take about 10 minutes.

  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • A ShipStation account with a verified email.
  • A ShipStation API key and API secret (generated from Account → API Settings).
  • ShipStation SKUs created for the products you'll ship.
  • Your Digistore24 product list is ready to map to those SKUs.
How It Works

From Order to Fulfillment in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the order to ShipStation, and ShipStation takes it from there.
  1. Step 1

    Order Placed

A buyer completes checkout on your Digistore24 funnel. Digistore24 captures the payment and clears the order.

  2. Step 2

    IPN Fires

Digistore24 instantly posts the order, product, and shipping data to ShipStation via secure IPN.

  3. Step 3

    Order Fulfilled

ShipStation receives the order, picks, packs, and ships the product, and updates the tracking information.

A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day 1. Place a test order, confirm it lands in ShipStation with the right SKU, ship it, and watch tracking sync back to Digistore24. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In step 4 of the setup, comma-separate the SKUs in the Product SKU field. ShipStation receives each as a separate line item on the order. That's how kits, bundles, and free-plus-shipping samples are usually handled.

The shipment stays where it is in ShipStation, since Digistore24 doesn't auto-cancel labels. If the order hasn't shipped yet, cancel it manually inside ShipStation. We recommend filtering by order status in ShipStation so refunded orders surface in their own view, separate from the print queue.

Most of the time it's a typo'd API secret or a SKU that doesn't exist in ShipStation yet. Re-paste the secret, confirm the SKU shows in ShipStation's product list, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
