Connect Salesforce in Six Steps
Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.
- Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.
- Pick Salesforce From the List Choose Salesforce from the preconfigured systems. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.
- Authorize Your Salesforce Account Click the authorization button to connect your Salesforce account. Log in and authorize Digistore24 to access your leads and contacts.
- Map Your Products to Objects Select whether to create Leads, Contacts, or Opportunities in Salesforce when a purchase is completed.
- Set Filters and Actions (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products or events (e.g., only sales, not refunds). Define actions like creating new contacts or updating existing ones.
- Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, drop in an email address for error alerts, and hit Save. Click Test connection. A green check means you're live.
Start With One Sales Process First
Connect a single low-volume product and verify that contacts, opportunities, and field updates appear correctly inside Salesforce before expanding to the rest of your catalog.
