Gather these details before opening your IPN settings. Once you have your iContact credentials ready, setup typically only takes around 10 minutes.

An iContact account with an active list.
Your iContact API Key and App ID (found in iContact Developer Tools).

Setup Guide

Connect iContact in Six Steps

Most integrations only take about 10 minutes to set up once you have your account credentials ready.

Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

Pick iContact From the List Choose iContact from the preconfigured systems list. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.

Drop in Your iContact Credentials Paste your iContact API Key or Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding input fields.

Map Your Products to Campaigns or Lists For each Digistore24 product, enter the corresponding iContact List ID or Campaign Token where buyers should be added.

Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.

Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.
