  • A Digistore24 account. Don't have one? Sign up free.
  • A WebinarJam account with a verified email.
  • Your WebinarJam API key (found in My Account → API Integration).
  • Your WebinarJam webinar or event IDs are ready for mapping.
  • Your Digistore24 product list is ready to map to your webinars.
How It Works

From Payment to Webinar Registration in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the order to WebinarJam, and WebinarJam takes it from there.

    Digistore24 instantly posts the order, product, and webinar data to WebinarJam via secure IPN.

    WebinarJam receives the data, updates the webinar registration, and triggers any relevant post-purchase flows.

Setup Guide

Connect WebinarJam in Six Steps

You'll only need a few account details to complete the setup. Once you have your credentials ready, the entire connection usually takes around 10 minutes.

    Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

    Pick WebinarJam From the List Choose WebinarJam from the preconfigured systems list. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.

    Drop in Your WebinarJam Credentials Paste your WebinarJam API Key or Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding input fields.

    Map Your Products to Campaigns or Lists For each Digistore24 product, enter the corresponding WebinarJam List ID or Campaign Token where buyers should be added.

    Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.

    Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.
A Pro Tip

Test With One Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single low-volume product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it lands in WebinarJam with the right event ID, and watch attendee data sync back to Digistore24. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In step 4 of the setup, you can map a single Digistore24 product to multiple WebinarJam event IDs. Attendees will be registered for all specified webinars.

The attendee remains registered in WebinarJam, as Digistore24 doesn't auto-cancel registrations. You'll need to manually remove them from WebinarJam to revoke access.

Most of the time, it's a typo'd API key or an incorrect webinar ID. Re-paste the key, confirm the webinar ID is active in WebinarJam, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
