From Checkout to Member Access in Seconds

The integration runs over Digistore24's IPN webhook system. The moment a buyer's payment clears, Digistore24 posts the order to Digital Access Pass, and Digital Access Pass takes it from there.

A buyer completes checkout on your Digistore24 funnel. Digistore24 captures the payment and clears the order.

Digistore24 instantly posts the order, product, and membership data to Digital Access Pass via secure IPN.

Digital Access Pass receives the data, creates the member account, and sends the login details to the buyer.

Setup Guide

Connect Digital Access Pass in 6 Steps

You'll only need a few account details to complete the setup. Once you have your credentials ready, the entire connection usually takes around 10 minutes.

Open the IPN Settings In your Digistore24 vendor view, head to Settings → Integrations (IPN) and click Add new connection.

Pick Digital Access Pass From the List Choose Digital Access Pass from the preconfigured systems list. Digistore24 already knows the field map, so you just plug in credentials.

Drop in Your Digital Access Pass Credentials Paste your Digital Access Pass API Key or Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding input fields.

Map Your Products to Campaigns or Lists For each Digistore24 product, enter the corresponding Digital Access Pass List ID or Campaign Token where buyers should be added.

Set the Scope (Optional) Limit the integration to specific products, languages, or events. Skip this to send all buyer data by default.

Activate, Notify, Save Mark the connection Active, enter an email address for error alerts, and click Save. Click Test connection to verify.

A Pro Tip

Test With a Free Product First

Set the scope filter (step 5) to a single free or low-cost product on day one. Place a test order, confirm it grants access in DAP, and then process a test refund to see access revoked. Then expand the scope to the rest of your catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if a customer refunds their purchase?: Digistore24 sends an IPN notification for the refund. DAP automatically revokes the customer's access to the associated membership level. Your content stays protected.
Can I connect multiple Digistore24 products to one DAP membership level?: Yes. In step 4 of the setup, you can map multiple Digistore24 products to the same DAP membership level. This is useful for bundles or promotions.
Why is my test connection failing?: Most of the time it's a typo'd DAP Secret Key or an incorrect DAP URL. Re-paste the secret, confirm the URL is correct, and try again. The error-notification email you set in step 6 will receive a detailed reason whenever an IPN fails to deliver.
